Kind of Ironic that saying "No recording allowed here" in the Noem-Padilla incident occurred in a Federal building under the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit Court which in 2018 ruled in Askins vs DHS (Noem's Dept) that such recordings CAN occur legally.
