Like yes as much as I personally hated it, there was a sizeable constituency of Democratic primary voters in 2020 who felt like a Biden victory would be return to "normal" on its own volition.
That constituency has long since been gone, and Democrats need to stop pretending that it will reemerge.

They won't have the numbers to occupy the nation and force everyone to comply, and that's why they're engaged in such an aggressive show of force. They're hoping we all get cowed into submission and do their work of suppression ourselves.
