Don't mind me, just gently weeping as I discover a small trove of travel journals my mother kept without ever mentioning she did so. Not every trip she took, but this is such a connection I'd never expected.

A little while ago I bought a mystery box type thing with a pen and some ink and as I finally got the new Edelstein Golden Lapis into use I'm starting to see that it's so very close to the Edelstein Topaz plus some shimmer, which is funny because that was the only Edelstein full bottle I had before.

The worst part of getting activity in is actually making time to do it. Got about 20 minutes in on my bike stand and stretched and I swear this makes me happy. I just have to remind myself this makes me happy.

Avatar having no cultural cache really fucked with me because at the time I genuinely thought we all saw it as transparent spectacle and I reality tunneled myself into a world where nobody watched it. And then it turns around and so many people watched it while saying it was pointless.

I was wondering how or why I didn't have much in the way of pain from the tooth that needs a root canal in the last month, but now I've got a slight bit of sniffles and the pressure from the glands beneath that tooth sometimes makes me to blind with pain. Insurance issues means root canal is Jan 6.

😭 My bottle of Velvet Emerald from the 2023 InkVent is down to the point that I can't draw it up through most of my cartridge converter pens and will need to eyedropper it into anything I try to use it for in the future. And I don't think it prudent this year to buy a calendar and I'm all fomo.

I don't care whether or not a kids parents can pay for school lunch, just give them access to food if they want or need it.
