Despite not being Vietnamese, whenever I retire, I would like people (Vietnamese or otherwise) to come deep fry egg rolls all day in my honor.
I worked at job where a guy retired and the Vietnamese people brought in a deep fryer and made egg rolls all day. I think about that day a lot.
