U.S. consumer prices were up 2.7 percent from a year earlier in November. "Core" prices, excluding volatile food and fuel, were up 2.6 percent.
Be very cautious with these numbers, though. Shutdown distortions may have biased them down.

As an avid sports fan I view sports betting as poison that hurts the integrity of the sport while alluding to low instincts of greed. I’m in favour of a total sports betting advertisement ban. Banning betting completely might just drive betting underground.
