Serious q, I’m at a loss regarding alternate instances of the “sky” and atprotocol, I read through Rudy’s thread and sorta understand, but still, I’m not sure of other “skies” that I might be able to retreat to if this one implodes. How/where do I look for other atprot platforms, like NorthSky?

Got an agent (unagented now).
Published multiple times.

I tend more toward the folkloric when it comes to most any creature or spectre

most modern interpretations feel less interesting, filed down and made palatable in a way that I can’t quite sink my teeth into

folklore tells us about ourselves, the dark ugly bits we try to hide

I like when ghosts don’t know where they are, not quite sapient, retracing the path they took when they were alive, seeing a version of the world that no longer exists

No surprise for those who read A Survivor's Eye, but my favourite place for ghosts is in your very body; the whisper in your ear, the shadow that lays in the corner of your eye, the pit in your stomach. They are your best and worst essence taking a shape all of their own.

Abandoned spaces are creepy, sure; unnatural darkness doesn’t feel safe—someone or THING could be in that back corner…

But unexplored wilderness hides so much more. Flora and fauna eager to kill and eat you, and the ghosts of their ancestors ready to drag you into the loam.
