I’m going to say this again. Our judicial system relies on the idea that EVERYONE is entitled to due process.

It doesn’t work if we ignore that.
As someone once pointed out, if non-citizens aren’t afforded due process, _nobody_ gets due process.

All they’ll need to do is claim you aren’t a valid citizen and suddenly you have no due process to argue against that claim.

And they can do it to _anyone_ for any reason.
A reminder that if the government can send migrants to a prison camp without any due process, it can send U.S. citizens there, too. I know because this happened to me and my family in 1942.

For anyone not paying attention, this is continued denial of due process. Without due process for everyone, all other assumed “rights”, of citizens and visitors alike, are null and void.

A reminder that most Americans who are life-long citizens have nothing OTHER than a Real ID to prove their citizenship. This is CBP’s chief enforcer saying that ID doesn’t count.
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

Repealing Section 230 would chill free speech by allowing platforms, not users, to be held responsible for what its users say. Platforms will become much more censorious over what its users can post. This is extremely bad
They're trying to rush it. Call your reps, don't let them
Sen. WHITEHOUSE: We finally are moving to file a bipartisan Section 230 repeal bill. Waiting any longer serves no useful purpose.

This is because this regime’s concept of “the economy” is corporate profits, not the wellbeing of residents. Unfortunately current corporate profits are being driven by price gouging and underpaid labor.

This is going to be a litmus test for our elected representatives. Pay attention to who is willing to throw us under the bus. Make sure they don’t have a political future. Even if this bill fails (as it is likely to do), it is important to watch the debate and see who’s going to be dangerous.
1. In exchange for her NDAA vote, MTG has announced that her national felony trans youth care ban will go to the floor December 17th.

It is not expected to pass into law due to the U.S. Senate.

Still, it will be a terrible historic moment for anti-trans bills.

Though the bill stands little chance of becoming law, it will be a major messaging vote for congresspeople on both sides of the aisle.

I really wish more people would listen to this sentiment and understand.

Trans people did not get the childhood and “socialization” of their AGAB.

We got trauma instead.

It was never a privilege.

transphobia must be eradicated from public life entirely

There are too many people willing to pull that lever.

Conservatives actively trying to eliminate trans people from society, centrists thinking that agreeing with them to get more power, and everyone else who just doesn’t care.

We need more people willing to keep that lever from being pulled.

So much for retiring because the rhetoric had gotten too hostile and we all needed to be kinder to marginalized communities. This is exactly what I had expected.

I need #Democrats to understand THIS why I will NOT vote for California's Trump.

he is vile, disgusting and not a good fit for America

just like Trump.
1. This morning, California Governor said he was in "complete alignment" with anti-LGBTQ+ hate-influencer Charlie Kirk of TPUSA on transgender sports.

He also conceded on trans inmates and gender affirming care for youth.

It's so much worse than being reported.

I wasn't socialized to be male.

I was forced to try to be male against every instinct I had in me.

I was forced to try to fit in with boys though we all knew I didn't and I was bullied, beat up because I didn't.

I hated it and grew to hate myself.

Fuck off with your "male socialization".

This is how you indoctrinate people.
Happening now: Texas leaders announcing a rollout of a statewide program to put TPUSA chapters in high schools and colleges across the state. Gov. Abbott adds that schools that stand in the way should be reported to the Texas Education Agency.

The attacks on trans rights, which are basic human rights, are a terrible injustice and an attack on truth and fact as well. Everyone should be deeply alarmed and it should be disqualifying for a politician to support such discrimination.

Spotify profits rose 28% in Q3. Its CEO is worth $9.8 billion. It's making money off ICE recruitment ads.

Don't you think it's time put a wrap on corporate greed and exploitation?

According to this Supreme Court:

❌ Using race conscious admissions in college to give minorities a fair shot

✅ Using race to profile people on the street to detain for immigration sweeps

✅ Using race to disenfranchise minorities in elecciones

The only consistency is white supremacy.
December 5, 2025 at 12:37 AM
The problem here is that the usual answer was basically “we don’t care, it’s just a vocal minority”, but the ones who “don’t care” are still willing to vote against our human rights. Which amounts to saying, “I don’t hate you, I just don’t care if you live or die.”

They’re still ok with killing us.

Emphatically this.

Materially and directly harming a group of people and expecting them to be cool with it is madness at best and white supremacy at worst.

Being an ally means getting hit with the same blows we do *and standing strong*. Running means you were never an ally, just an opportunist.
You have the choice to sacrifice trans people. Perhaps it will save you.

But you don't get to ask trans people to accept the role as sacrifice. You cannot expect understanding, acceptance, forgiveness, or respect.

You made your choice.
