There are many reasons to dislike James Comey. But what this administration is doing to him is a travesty of justice and un-American.

NEWS: James Comey pleaded not guilty to criminal charges that followed President Trump’s demand to prosecute.

The judge set a Jan. 5 trial date — but Comey is expected to try to kill the case before it starts, including by disqualifying Lindsey Halligan

The indictment of James Comey is just the latest example of Trump weaponizing the Justice Department to go after his political enemies.

At the same time, he’s doling out favors to his supporters and allies – including white collar criminals. Watch: https://youtu.be/NflcWXdV-B0?si=QTTJev6Fml50pYgP

This is a very big deal and speaks to the importance of Blacksky and its associated PDSes.

Suspension of accts from Bluesky has called into question the mission and very existence of Blacksky. "If bsky can still suspend you, what's the point?"

For one usually Bluesky doesn't just suspend you. They delete all of your data AND suspend you. Moving to Blacksky prevents that. 4/11

Discovery s1 rewatch complete. gripes and shrug of an ending to the big war storyline aside, this season held up surprisingly well for me. lots of fun new toys and SMG nails Michael (who I always thought was severely underwritten) right from the start. it's a shame we were so hard on this show

Yikes. Just got a message from my child’s school: some children’s books by Andrew Cope (inc. Spy Dogs, Spy Cats, and Spy Pups series) have a printed URL at the back. This used to go to the author’s website, but now goes to an “adult content” site.

So, yeah… be careful with that URL 😳

I love how Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House and #2 in line for the presidency, is always like, “What? News?! I never read or hear anything that happens in the world, anywhere. I’m totally offline. What even is ‘social media’? They play news all day on TV!? Wow! That’s a surprise!”

Q: Do you agree that the mayor of Chicago and governor of Illinois should be in prison?

MIKE JOHNSON: Should they be in prison? I'm not the attorney general. I'm not following the day to day on that

In Gaza, another humanitarian crisis has emerged: the soaring displacement expenses — or, as many people in Gaza bitterly describe it, “The fees you pay to become homeless in the south.” Tents cost $1,000 and securing a patch of land to pitch it on can be almost as costly.
Israel’s “Safe Zones” in Gaza Offer No Safety. Many Can’t Afford to Flee Anyway.

And she's far from finished with sci-fi, as she'll be appearing in Avatar: Fire and Ash (Dec. 2025) and The Mandalorian & Grogu (May 2026).
