Isn't this something? I have said Elon was just a tool, and I was called a fraud for saying it, but reality dictates otherwise. His 'usefulness' is coming to an end.

Most voters are emotional, not intellectual. Trump’s base of white men voted for him because he makes them feel superior to women and people of color. If you asked them if they want poor kids to go without dinner, they’d say no, because they think they’re good people. But that's what they voted for.

From an operational security perspective, this is the highest level of fuckup imaginable. These people cannot keep America safe.
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

They want fewer Americans going to college to create larger pools of low cost labor.

They want to import for higher skill jobs, but handcuff them with work visas.

It's a seismic labor grift devised by Bond villains.

It's great for them. Not so good for you.

The role of government is not to maximize profits. It’s to serve the people. The greedy businessmen y’all keep putting in charge have no concept of that.

If everything was about profit you wouldn’t have roads and electricity in rural TN. (It’s why many don’t have broadband)
This is their goal. Privatize everything.

And by “privatize” we mean steer billions to themselves and their friends, ending programs that serve those with the least under the guise of “efficiency”.

Rural areas will suffer. Prices will rise.

As I note in this piece, we've actually seen this weird mishmash of ridiculously wealthy businessmen and dipshits whose main qualification is loyalty to the president about a hundred years ago.

It was the Cabinet of Warren G. Harding and, hoo boy, did that not turn out well.

MAGA is clapping like seals that Donald Trump isn’t taking his $400k salary.

Donald made upwards of $160 million from foreign business alone last time.

And he doesn’t seem to give two effs about divesting his interests this time.

Clowns.

This.

Bigots and tyrants don't stop when they marginalize (or eliminate) one community they hate. Each such step emboldens them to the next, and each step is meant to numb you to ever-increasingly profane atrocities.
Mark my words, the brazen discrimination and attempts to re-marginalize the LGBTQ+ community will spread. It’s a pre-cursor to banning/refusing to marry interracial couples. It’s not about religion, it’s about bigotry and hate — plain and simple. We have to fight this every chance we get 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️
And here we go… Why do I have a feeling this is gearing up for SCOTUS. A judge refusing to marry because it goes against her religion?! Sorry but it doesn’t work like that. You swore an oath to be fair and impartial. www.advocate.com/news/judge-r...
