As many expected, the truth is finally coming out, they were just fishermen. The family of the Colombian man killed in the Sept. 15 U.S. military strike in the Caribbean Sea has now filed a formal complaint with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, alleging

You absolutely have the constitutional right to record ICE, Border Patrol, or any law enforcement officer in public, and with everything happening in Charlotte right now, people need to understand that clearly.

Public media plays a vital role in our society, from warning people in rural areas about natural disasters to teaching generations of children how to read and count with Sesame Street.

We can't cut funds for local TV and radio in retaliation for their perceived ideological leanings.

BREAKING: The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled the state's shield law protects journalists from being forced to reveal news-gathering materials, even when they are alleged to have trespassed while reporting. The case stems from the 2016 Dakota Access Pipeline protests.

This is a win for press freedom.

A win! The Senate has agreed to restore roughly $400 million in funding for PEPFAR, the landmark HIV/AIDS program launched under President Bush that’s credited with saving millions of lives around the world. Keep speaking up, it makes a difference.

Tl;dr: 250,000 more Minnesotans at risk of devastating medical bills, higher energy prices, rural hospital closures, and longer ambulance wait times.

None of this is worth a tax cut for billionaires. Congress needs to reject this bill.

A pregnant woman lost her baby after ICE refused to give her prenatal care.

She begged for help and was denied. She was fed food full of cockroaches. She was forced to sleep on the floor.

This is absolutely disgusting and we should all be outraged. nashvillebanner.com/2025/05/27/i...

To the idiots whining that Zohran Mamdani lacks experience: you voted for a convicted felon over an experienced, intelligent woman last year. The hypocrisy is staggering. At least Mamdani is sane. Your cult leader is unhinged. Your bigotry is showing. Shut up.

It’s sad that we even have people considering voting for a sexual predator who is funded by billionaires over someone like Zohran Mamdani, a grassroots organizer who wants to serve the people.

There are so many great choices out there that aren’t Cuomo.

Zohran is just one of them.

The Supreme Court issued a stay, effectively ruling, for now, that the Constitution no longer applies, at least not to immigrants. Fast-track deportations with no opportunity for judicial review violate the fundamental principle of due process, especially for people already on U.S. soil.
