I think that’s what bothers me so much about chatbots. Like I know it’s a computer, it knows it’s a computer, just drop the charade. Also the marketing emails that are like “we noticed…” No you didn’t, there’s no “we.”

Customer service line pet peeves: have to get past a chatbot, then keeps saying “we are experiencing higher than normal call volume” and tries to refer me to the website. If I found what I needed on the website, I wouldn’t be calling.
