Hey y'all. I'm a high school librarian in SC (former tech coach - 2 yrs & ELA teacher - 12 yrs). I crochet, scream into the void, and aspire to never have to report to a job in a district where folks can literally just come in and remove my books (and no, I'm not talking about checking them out).

The audiobooks for Sadie (by Summers) and Children of Blood & Bone (by Adeyemi) changed how I felt about audiobooks. SO GOOD.
I feel like some actors don’t think audiobook narration is real acting, which I don’t get, because have YOU ever had to cry on command  in a small booth by yourself, then immediately switch to playing a neutral, coolheaded narrator, then switch back to crying again all within 15 seconds?
