Thanks to the vent of energy in Krocodile Kore, the Kremlings evolved
into a diverse and powerful species, developing an advanced ancient
society. But while the fortunes of the Krempire ebbed and flowed
through the ages, nothing in their history would prove so disastrous
as the rool of a certain Kaptain-King, whose unprecedented greed
led him to provoke the young leader of their neighboring island.
After all, what could those flea-bitten apes do against
the mighty army of tooth and scale and klaw?
And thus begins the story as we can witness it. It is a tale of defeat,
destruction, and despair: a story of baddies in a cartoon platformer
series who feel the suffering and consequences of their rotten ruler
and his poor decisions; who directly reflect their king's follies in
their fates and their forms - whose change in status and fortune
can be directly traced from game to game. It is a tale of misery
and mockery; a people who lost their strength and their homeland,
cut off from the powers that created them, in-universe and out:
forced to lie low, go into hiding, and disappear entirely.
But ultimately, it is a tale of revenge, recovery, and revival. The
earth shakes, the jungle trembles: the Kremlings are back in action.

As a person who became a massive fan of K. Rool for like a few years and religiously search more about him, this was such a treat!
I'm glad that everyone just banded together and tried their might to bring an old character back to their series.
