I told bluesky I like dogs so the algo decided I needed to see every furry that exists on this website as well as diapered adults even though I have diaper as a muted word

Saw a video called "How The World's Strongest Anchor Chains Are Made" but I can't get that riled up before bed. I'll watch it before my next workout.

Sad to see the decline of Hands On Katie:

a once promising channel using hard nips and cleavage to sell me on the idea of cool projects that need weird products to complete, reduced to a channel using hard nips and cleavage to sell me weird products I have no use for.

"pornography for my most niche sexual interests has never been more plentiful or accessible in the history of mankind. We truly live in a golden age of technology and culture."

go ahead and use that one yourself, don't worry about crediting me

you'd have to pay me a million dollars a year with a 30 hour work week to be an air traffic controller

sorry to hear about your car

if it's any consolation, this sticker is still holding up nine years later, and I'm just as happy with it now as I was when I stuck it here
A green sticker with three white panels

inside the first panel is a green silhouette of a gas pump, the second panel contains the silhouette of a marijuana leaf and the third panel has a nicely drawn image of Jerry Orbach's face/head.

Below the panels in large white capitalized letters is the caption, "GAS, GRASS or JERRY ORBACH" and below that in slightly smaller font it reads, "NOBODY RIDES FOR FREE"

your life would be better if a regular person dropped off a previously agreed upon amount of milk eggs and bread to your house every week on a schedule for a nominal fee

it's something that annoys me about the "burrito taxi" discussion

One of the big advantages of walkable cities is the proliferation of at-home services.

It is good to have one person delivering a bunch of food rather than having a bunch of people getting their own. That's efficiency.

and really what you're describing is missing middle forms of Transpo that used to knit communities together:

you take X to travel within your community
you take Y to travel within communities of close proximity
you take Z to travel to communities outside that proximity

I have no idea what this means and I feel surprisingly ok with it
