JUST IN: The Republican Mayor of Fairbanks, Alaska’s second biggest city, lost re-election last night to a Democrat.

Mayor David Pruhs is a conservative who fought protections for LGBTQ+ residents; he made comments this year drew condemnation this year from Alaska Natives. He lost to Mindy O'Neall.

I just want to point out that neighborhood watches are a pretty time honored and totally normal American activity (and I’m sure elsewhere, I know Toronto’s neighbourhood watches signs go hard) and that nobody would think oddly of you if you started one at all

I will say that "night patrols" in DC where we film at night when ICE operates on desolate streets, we film, and we advise those being kidnapped of their rights, has made them back off more than once. The National Guard needs to be asked why the fuck they aren't in Texas at every occasion.
