I'm an unenrolled progressive on the actual left. | Mostly I listen to rock from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. But I like most music, | I'm a gun owner. | I have a dog named Toast! | AuDHD | Home of the best lobsters in the world!

I live in Maine and you can feel the warming here as each year there are less snow days, more 90+ days in the summer.

In not too long, we will have Maryland Blue Crab up here and our red lobsters will only be found in Canada. They're called Canadian Rock Lobsters so that kind of makes sense anyway.

When I heard this on the news, I almost fell out of my chair. Both the 25th and impeachment are completely useless against an man who is in obvious decline and should not be in this office.

The next candidates better focus on undoing what needs to be undone and ensuring this never happens again.
If your doctor decided you needed an MRI (indicating concern about something serious) and you claim that you didn't ask why or what part of your body he wanted to look at, you are:

1. Really stupid; or

2. Dangerously detached from reality; or

4. Lying; or

4. All three. 🎯

Department of Defense Law of War Manual, Sec. 18.3.2.1 states the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders.

What’s its key example? Wait for it . . . It’s "orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

How many people saw this when it aired? I really enjoyed it and will probably buy a copy.

For the first time that I can recall (though I don't use it that much), Amazon sent me a present for my wife in a box that very clearly states what it is on the box. Thankfully, I saw the box before she did. 😁

Vaccines save lives.
Australia just recorded zero cervical cancer cases in women under 25 for the first time since records began in 1982. The amazing result of HPV vaccination.

I thought Trump didn't like drug trafficking to the US? I don't think this guy had been in prison as long as it took to build the case against him.

Everything Trumpiggy does starts from the premise: how do we avoid the law/rule. He should be rotting in a cell for all the crimes he has committed and the criminal behavior he has fostered.

Even if you gave me a free vacation to the Caribbean, you couldn't get me to fly today.

This is still a failure. This should cost very little if anything at all, but there are still these and hundreds of medications that cost people on fixed incomes thousands of dollars a month, and many take multiple.

They can't afford it, so they die. Great system we have here.

This is interesting. We may not be able to put Trump on trial for anything but if this were true and Brazil has evidence of it, even if we didn't let them have Trump they would still try him in absentia.

As of Today, the Senate is 53 Repubs, 42 Dems, and two Independents who would vote with Dems over removing Trump from office. A few Republicans would cross the aisle anyway but the Dems only need 9 Senators to vote to remove if we get that far and the Repubs have TWENTY Senators up for reelection.

Holy moly! The majority party having enough people retire that they lose the majority would be one for the history books if it happens! 😆

This has been like a mainstay in my life. If I can't find this thing I would just hum it. I still do! 😁

I'm into techno and always assumed it was this song's influence on me.

I feel bad for JFKs granddaughter but these people are not royalty. I don't need to know if she's well, unwell, happy, or sad and treating the Kennedy's Bush's, etc. like this, makes them royalty.

This is insane. If I were a nurse I'd quit or at least go on strike. This will make finding nurses, the amount of federal loans is reduced so there isn't very much money.

We already have a nursing problem! This is going to make it worse! 😠
Where are my nurses and medical professionals on the feed? Now would be a great time for nurses to strike, just sayin.

The DOT is asking for etiquette to return to flights. I might remind them that the DOT is an Executive Branch Department so when it comes to etiquette, you first.

If the federal government can't demonstrate etiquette and respect, they don't really have the ability to ask other people to.

Looks like CNN might become another enemy of the people with fake news and shitty liar personalities.

Conservative billionaires, especially friends of Trump are buying up as much media as they can. It's unlikely they will be able to get NBC so it will stand alone as the only uncorrupted ntnl news.

They're going to tie this up in investigations? There is literally nothing that Congress can't demand, and when a unanimous (except for one procedural protest vote) Congress demands something, it's not as simple as tying it up for years with legal procedural BS.
