People are okay with deporting criminals. We are not okay with ignoring due process under the law.
This idea that the Admin is trying to sell that they don't have to respond to, much less be bound by, an individual district court judge is particularly pernicious. We have 3 levels of federal courts. The orders of all of them are equally binding. If you don't like decisions, you can appeal.

Schumer is not the right leader for the times we are going thru.
It is time for the Democrats in the Senate to get behind new leadership that understands the moment and how to fight for Democracy. Schumer is not that person and his adversaries are more than happy today.
