I asked Streeting's DHSC for "any previous draft versions of the Appleby Report and any internal departmental correspondence and communications, including emails, relating to it."
*Three months* later - the Act gives them 20 days - DHSC has refused saying it will cost >£600 to comply. #ItsACoverUp

Not main point but very revealing that Laura Kuenssberg keeps on talking about the "child benefit cap" in *tax credits* (it's Universal Credit, and has been for most claimants for some time).
