Work had the 69th of something and I said "The Bill & Ted <thing> is done" and I don't think anybody at work got it.
I'm a little down and in IDGAF mode again so dinner is popcorn chased by Turtle Chex Mix.
I binned the rest of the furikake chex mix from the weekend, the scorched bits made the whole thing unpleasant after I'd put it all in the same container.
Almost vacation time though. This will pass. 🎄

Now, I don't like Luke, I don't like my farm layout, and what the CI update describes as "pets of the same type playing together" sounds more like "cats who hate each other squabbling for 10 hours a day".

I pulled side muscles and I'm debating nap in bed or nap in chair with heat.

I made a furikake chex mix!
The coating went on unevenly - I had to split bowls - and my oven ran hot, so it's crispier and darker than I would have liked.
You know I still ate 2 bowls already and am planning the next batch. Though since I'm out of both furikake and corn syrup, I might go trad. 😋

My biggest challenge in my life has been related to learning what success is TO ME. And what is "enough" for ME. Not for HGTV. Not for the way "things are supposed to be" or what mom or great grandma or anyone else would think of the dog-chewed coffee table. They don't have to live my life. I do.

I'm also still trying to decide if I like the hot buttered rum but with bourbon and boiling coffee instead of rum and boiling water. Spices are good but the butter is...weird.

I'm not sure fishing needed yet another change but mmkay.

6 years ago I left my husband and he made choices. I called the ambulance for him. He of course remembers none of it.
I never had an AITA moment - he chose to react as he did.
I still feel bad for the situation though. Maybe in another 6 years it'll just be a day.
