TL;DR RFK is going to "study" different doses of the highly effective Hep B vax. Some children who receive placebo or very low doses of vax will die, but don't worry, because RFK will be enrolling only poor African children in his study, so as Trump says, "Relax, fella".

CNN on the D.C. shooter: He came here from Afghanistan in 2021. He applied for asylum in December 2024, went through another vetting process, and was approved for asylum in April of this year under the Trump administration.
