use your PTO frequently & unapologetically. I never used PTO throughout my 20s-- I wanted to be the perfect worker & stayed late all the time.

now in my 30s, doing mostly contract work, I don't get PTO and I severely need it. I hit that burnout wall at 90mph and I would kill to get that PTO back.
