While at hospital, I had some drug-affected dozing daydreams, in one of which I invented a new, horrible advertising technique that combined the optic nerve and email. I don’t think anyone’s done it. I think it might even be practical. I shall never reveal it.

Lot of joy in the cardiac recovery ICU. The people who work here love it. The cardiac recovery ICU is the high-monitoring transition from the OR to a regular hospital room. I haven’t graduated CRICU yet, but it’s not complications; rather, a couple more targets need to be hit.

Glenn’s wife Lynn here. If you’re following along with his health saga, he sailed through yesterday’s cardiac surgery! He’ll move slowly for a while but he’s already telling jokes & offering medical trivia to, well, the medical team. Did you know that the medicine colchicine comes from crocuses?!
