Listen to how brave and unflappable these observers are. Incredible heroism and outright villainy. ICE MUST LEAVE and MUST BE DISMANTLED
This is just insane. It’s only a matter of time before DHS kills another innocent person here.

I cannot tell you how much doubt was consistently directed at the Gaza Health Ministry’s casualty numbers and how much pressure was put on news organizations to couch those numbers as unreliable.

Biden himself said they were fabricated!

ICE is upset that ICE isn't welcome in restaurants after ICE ordered food at a restaurant, ate it, then arrested restaurant employees, and ICE believes this is someone else's fault, do I have that right?

We need to be clear about what Attorney General Bondi's demand for Minnesota voter rolls is about.

The Trump administration is trying to intimidate voters and election officials so they don't have to face accountability in the midterm elections.

Holding 3 thoughts. The need to honour a life well lived cut horrifically short by ICE. The hope that something cuts through to those whose identities seem wedded to supporting the violence. That everyone, regardless of background or circumstances, should be safe from being shot in the street.

@marisakabas.bsky.social is right. This is unlike protesting & more like civilian self-protection (CSP), where civilians protect each other when state & other actors can't or won't protect them. Peace Medie & I wrote about this in the context of armed conflict. Deeply troubling to see it in the US

A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

From this moment forward (and before, but clearly now):

-If you work for ICE.
-If you vote for money for ICE.

You are complicit. This is the gestapo. You're on the wrong side. You can't pretend not to know.

It is important to keep repeating this, because these 23 people continue to get complete free passes every day while the fascism & incineration of American national security keep happening.
Reminder: All it would take to end the murder of American citizens by an untrained government goon squad is 16 Republicans in Congress voting with Dems to defund ICE (or 23 to impeach and remove Trump — 3 in House & 20 in Senate). That’s it. 23 Americans can vote for the public and end all of this.
