When politicians visit a hospital can you tell me who takes their coats off and neatly rolls their shirt sleeves up. Is that a ministerial rule for the hospital media round.
No 10 briefs to embarrass Streeting, knowing he’s on the media round

Streeting excels at morning round, embarrassing No 10

Another triumph

#MargaretThatcher stopped free school milk. UK had the highest child poverty in europe. House tax rates were based on the value of property. She introduced Poll Tax so a Lord in a Mansion paid the same as a semi-detached. She sacked the unions. Everything she did was against the working class.
Just seen a headline which asks "Thatcher was born 100 years ago and her reign feels a lifetime away. Why is her effect on the country still so huge?"

It's because she was a massive bastard. Hope that helps x

If everything she says in her keynote speech was Fact Checked or was impossible to introduce are all edited out, the speech could be reduced to a couple of paragraphs. The purpose of her speech is Brainwash. Lies and damn Lies always comes to mind when listening to ANY #TORY
Kemi Badenoch, who was part of a Government that delivered 14 years of economic stagnation and record increases in immigration, says the Conservatives are "the only party that can deliver a stronger economy and stronger borders"

The #ReformParty would have to be miracle workers with a bottomless pit FULL with money to do what they say they'll do. I didn't think people would ever vote for the biggest clown ever, #BorisJohnson but they did.
Tice can’t open his mouth without lying, if gullible people vote for these clowns at a GE we are in deep trouble.

This #LabourGovernment has not done anything you would expect a from a Labour Government.
UK workers using food banks, bosses feast.

Melrose CEO, 1,112 times the average employee wage.
Tesco, 375
Person, 355
Compass, 330
Marks & Spencer, 261
British Associated Foods, 218
Sainsbury's, 195

Can't rebuild economy/society without equitable distribution of income and wealth.
The government must ensure fair distribution of income
'The average real wage of workers has hardly moved from the 2008 level whilst bosses never had it so good.'

Where is she going to put them is the most relevant part of the question. I can see another three #Tory leaders in the next 4 years. Thick and Thieves seems to roll off the tongue when discussing the Tories.
Kemi Badenoch asked where she would send the 150,000 people she says she would deport every year, replies that it's an "irrelevant question".

NHS increased use of the private sector under Labour govt.

Private sector delivered 22.1% of ophthalmic, 20.5% of orthopaedic procedures.

Numbers of NHS patients treated by private sector up by 10%.

With profit margins of up to 40% money buys less.

More efficient to expand NHS capacity.
New ICB figures show uneven trends on use of private sector? - The Lowdown
New figures published earlier this month show the extent to which some Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) have increased their use of the private sector since Labour took office last July, and the extent t...

Antisemitism has been a major topic in the UK for years. Will they make that a law. These highly educated jews in top positions of power know how to look after themselves. Do they run every department in our government. There are no anti muslim or anti sikh laws. What next !! 'Exterminate all pigs.'

Not a single Greta hater could do what she has done, face what she's faced, bear abuse and humiliation at the hands of the most psychotic and genocidal army. They haven't an ounce of her bravery and that's what drives them crazy. Free Greta, free Palestine🇵🇸

I've just moved over to bluesky. Twitter or X is slowly going down the toilet and they can't see that. They are too busy cutting things to make money. But the cuts have completely changed the joy of winning followers.
A reason I prefer Bluesky to Twitter is that I hadn't thought about Shaun King for YEARS.

The government goes after the pennies from benefit fraud like a hungry sabre tooth tiger. But they go don't after the £bns from the biggest governments fraudsters. Have you ever asked yourself WHY!!! Its because they are all fiddling us and if one was jailed the rest would have to do a Lord Lucan.
Proud to contribute frontline testimony to tonight's enraging @itvx.com documentary "The Covid Contracts: Follow the Money".

Boris Johnson's govt squandered £8.7 billion on unusable PPE, while grifters like Michelle Mone made millions.
