unless i am totally sucked into something every night when I sit down for dinner and to watch some tv it is a mystery what I am going to watch because I rarely remember what I was watching the night before and then when I remember and it turns out to be something good i get excited

just spent three hours diving veg and sauteeing them with andoullie sausage, then cooking down a batch of red beans and rice, testing repeatedly to make sure it tastes perfect, made a bowl, sat down, and immediately poured a 1/4 bottle of louisiana hot sauce on it.
