When a doctor gave him his diagnosis, he initially refused to believe it: cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome, or CHS. While Jared Panks doesn’t scream from it, other people affected sometimes cry out in pain, leading to its other name: scromiting, for the combination of screaming and vomiting.
Screaming + vomiting: ‘Scromiting’ is the mysterious cannabis syndrome becoming more common
The condition is rare but a University of Illinois Chicago found the number of diagnosed cases jumped seven-fold from 2016 to 2022.

The Trump administration arrested 106 protesters this fall, calling them “rioters” and saying the National Guard was needed to protect the immigration agents.

But only 9 cases still have a pending felony charge.

Most are falling apart in court.

Rioters? Agitators? Immigration agents’ claims against US citizens mostly fall apart in court.
Time and again, Donald Trump’s immigration agents claimed horrific crimes at the hands of protesters in Chicago. Those allegations of abuse did not withstand the scrutiny of judicial review.

First time I’ve seen “dirt” used as a verb. I like it!
“We had a shot.”

Just put the ball in the end zone in that moment. … Can't dirt the ball.”

“I gave it my all out there, bro. So I'm tired as hell.”

A look at some key plays from the 15-play, 58-yard final series for the Bears — with different perspectives on how it all unfolded.
