If you received a MMR vaccine between 1963 and 1967 you may want to get your titers checked. As a nurse I had a potential exposure in 2014. When they checked my titers my level for measles was nonexistent. I received two shots.

My sister is a nurse. My oldest daughter is a nurse. My wife is a lab tech. And...and one time...I was a nurse. Don't tell my family...or the hundreds of thousands of other families...that nurses...and those in the health field...aren't "professionals."
