My steam deck LCD/OLED is mainly been my gaming computer since September 2022 Mainly for #FFXIV and emulation. Even though I have a Rtx 3060ti the steamdeck is the most convenient+low wattage at 45 watts+the extra buttons.

Sure x11 and Wayland is a good debate but that’s Soo dumb for a free open source developer to like say we need this band-Aid lol that’s pure laziness even though I am not a bsd user that still pure laziness. XFCE is a better choice or use a tiling window manager.
KDE removed FreeBSD support from Plasma login manager stating that KDE/Plasma relies systemd(1)/logind(1) Linux daemons.
FreeBSD should not waste time to work on adding KDE/Plasma desktop install button in bsdinstall(8) installer.
Use MATE/XFCE instead.

Considering how FFXI ended its console run in 2016 you have to understand how much a big value the ps2 was for those players who still kept on playing thru the end. The ps2 was $149.99 in 2004 and the game in retail was 99 bucks with 12.95 fee.
