When we did this profile, the White House refused to make Stephen Miller available for an interview and took days to give us their response.

It turns out they were collecting testimonials from people willing to say they like him

lol I just can’t believe she’s comfortable talking to people who put together “60 Minutes” like this
Bari Weiss just sent this Christmas Eve email to the CBS News staff about "building trust," which includes her tripling down on spiking the CECOT piece "to make sure it's comprehensive and fair."

One CBS staffer tells me: "She really has no idea how insulting she comes across."

After buying it for $18.8 billion, Walgreens' new private equity owner has eliminated paid holidays for all hourly workers on Christmas and New Year's.

Last year, Walgreens had a CEO-to-Worker pay gap of 410 to 1.

Corporate greed that would make even Scrooge blush.

Reminder that Bari Weiss held the 60 Minutes piece on migrant gulags with the suggestion that Stephen Miller (whose number she has) should comment. Maybe if 60 Minutes could just post this video alongside the story, it would meet Weiss's vaunted editorial standards.
White House Senior Advisor Stephen Miller has spent years weaponizing hatred to become the mastermind of Trump’s crackdown on marginalized groups.

Zeteo traces his most hateful, strange, and downright cringey moments along the way.

It’s boom times for Trump’s economy. Especially if you’re rich.

What folks who study health policy know:

It took nearly 100 yrs to reach agreement on comprehensive health reform; first proposals came in progressive era (1910s), passage came in 2010 (ACA)

It is very unlikely the GOP can reach agreement on health reform approach, let alone acheive a majority
The internal dispute that could derail the GOP’s 2026 agenda

Should they attempt to pass a party-line bill focused on health care after failing to address expiring insurance subsidies?

This story highlights issue for GOP... they cannot agree on an approach to health reform....

Some want drastic cutbacks to ACA, and a very different, market-oriented approach; some want a scaled-back ACA (especially vulnerable members). Many different ideas. Almost no leadership from POTUS

Here in Ohio, ICE went straight for a high school, where students were getting out for finals week, then went to an elementary school. They ended up nabbing a hairdresser, a single mother, with cancer. Why the hell isn’t there a class action lawsuit that at least, temporarily stops these monsters?
