people (on here) yelled at me about this when i said it before but a) you need traffic enforcement and b) speed cameras are vastly preferable to cops.

One of my big take-aways from following along with books on 1930s romantic & screwball comedy is that Frank Capra fell off hard after It Happened One Night. Haven't seen all of his 30s movies after that one, but Mr Deeds and You Can't Take It With You were both so fucking smarmy
