I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

ICE continues to assault us.

We are peacefully protesting. They are kidnapping and hurting us.

hi, cis folks!

the WSJ endangered trans lives with false reporting yesterday. it’s still accepted as truth by many, regardless of it being false. the article’s still up with a little note. it needs full retraction.

it's not even a phone call—it's email. you can do this.

Trans people are now banned from UPenn, Harvard, Brown, Cornell, Columbia, intntnl track & field, the Olympics, chess, darts, most federal jobs, the US military & intelligence services, federal facilities, public bathrooms in most states, & many local sports. Seems bad! Let me know what I missed!

Every American should read this ACLU lawsuit about what is happening in Los Angeles and California. It is the stuff of dystopian nightmares. This is not immigration enforcement. It is positively stuffed with videos and articles documenting racial profiling on a scale unseen since Jim Crow.

Highly recommend this - if you want to learn film and don’t have a lot of time to devote to it in single sittings - Dusty does a great job explaining what’s happening.
I mentioned last week that I might be doing this, and here we are. I have fired the Patreon machine back up. Right now there is a single tier: for $1 a month, you'll get fairly in-depth breakdowns of these daily "Good Morning" posts I've been doing. patreon.com/dustyevely

this is excellent work & contains call/email templates at the end with callouts for the specific legislative mechanisms democratic senators could use to kill this part of the bill.

read the piece. make the calls. there’s no earthly reason any senator’s phone should stop ringing in the near future.

@robertmays.bsky.social @billbarnwell.bsky.social I’m so deeply disappointed you did not have Gutekunst as even a shout out for executive of the year in your recent podcast
