Forever a felon. He would likely have been able to wiggle &/or appeal his way out of everything else. I'm glad Merchand went for the option that he can never erase now.

I love that Jimmy Carter has thrown down a gauntlet in a new area of competition: best ex-presidents. I hope that going forward those who seek 4-8 years as president will now have to plot out just as seriously what they're going to do all the years afterwards to be in the running for that list.

I think I'd love for Biden to misuse the hell out of his power rn. Sweeping executive orders that can't be undone, underhanded tricks to hamstring the incoming administration, sneaky deals using all his 40 yrs political connections, & then pre-emptive pardons for himself & everyone else.

The 2024 Dirty Dozen list is out! When to go for the organic produce, & also includes the Clean 15 - which produce is least contaminated by pesticides. I know organic farming is also about what happens to the the environment, but some of us can't afford to buy organic for everything!

Not that anyone’s going to do anything about it, but it might be good to remember that, as an adjudicated oath-breaking insurrectionist, Mr.Trump is constitutionally disqualified under Sec. 3 of 14th Am from taking the oath as president on 1/20/25 unless 2/3 of both houses lift the disqualification
