Dems are still approaching this wrong. I just saw a BBC host ask a state senator if Tim Walz should call out the National Guard.

He says, "No, because Minnesotans know how to protest peacefully."

THAT'S NOT WHO THE GUARD IS FOR. THE GUARD IS TO PROTECT THE PROTESTERS FROM LAWLESS FEDERAL AGENTS.

BBC reporting the shooter had a previous incident of violence.

Which also means the BBC knows his identity, but isn't reporting it. 🤔

Meanwhile near where they killed Renee Good ICE was terrorizing a high school — and now Minneapolis has canceled school for the week.

None of this is about safety. A lawless regime with no guardrails.

The saddest, and most infuriating thing about the immoral and incompetent Trump regime is that none of this is necessary

None of it

Donald Trump is quite literally *trolling the entire country,* for some kind of patriarchal fascist hard-on exercise, and none of it is necessary

Leave people alone
Q: After you told ICE to get the F out, Republicans are criticizing you for escalating tensions

FREY: I'm sorry if I offered their Disney princess ears, but if we're talking about what's inflammatory, on one hand you got someone who dropped an F bomb & on other you have someone who killed someone

i remember interviewing her when she was first elected to Congress and still had her God-given lips.

one of the creepiest people i've ever spoken to.

something's badly wrong with her which is why Trump put her in this job.

After Columbine I thought we would move heaven and earth to prevent mass shootings.

We did nothing and now they are almost a daily occurrence.

Today we watched an ICE thug brutally murder an American citizen in cold blood. A young mother.

If we do nothing this too will become a daily occurrence.

The President is now collecting imperial tribute outside the U.S. Treasury to be dispensed in an extraconstitutional manner (which allows him to further arrogate powers given to Congress by the Founders)
??? Apparently Venezuela oil revenues will go into “offshore accounts” outside of the US Treasury, PBS reports.

When an American civilian was shot by ICE, the mayor of Minneapolis didn’t sugar coat it:

“ICE, get the F*CK out!”

That’s leadership. That’s humanity. That’s how you stand up to state-sanctioned terror.

This is blatantly illegal. A president can’t go into the oil business and then decide where to spend the money. We are completely untethered from our founding document with a lawless president and a Republican Congress which has abdicated all Constitutional authority.

It staggers me that no-one in public health seems to be acknowledging that immune dysregulation caused by prior SARS-CoV-2 infection is likely a significant factor in this, and the implications of this concept going forward.

If Trump is really stealing spending power from Congress then it would be insanity for Democrats to vote to fund the government later this month. Shut it down until the president stops wiping his ass with the Constitution.

Your occasional reminder that Trump is the most unpopular president in modern (post-WWII) times.

He's underwater in 40 states with the remaining ten representing only 59 of the total 538 electoral votes (!)

If only media would preface and frame their POTUS coverage with these telling data.
