same—help on subreddits r/InstagramDisabledHelp and r/MetaLawsuits, the latter has information on sending a demand letter/filing in small claims to attempt to get your account reinstated. Possible Meta working on restatement fix but remain silent

@karaswisher.bsky.social @mikeisaac.bsky.social lawyer here who became victim to Meta’s latest Instagram false ban wave on July 17 and had to send a litigation demand. All over Reddit/tiktok/twitter comments to IG’s official account posts. Not seeing this written about in the US much—any reason?

Literally nobody from back home believes me when I say that I walk all around downtown Los Angeles and can count the number of times I've felt genuinely unsafe on two fingers and that the far bigger threat to my safety when I'm walking is all the cars.
