One of the shocking things I found is that the Trump administration has begun charging a fee for a program for undcocumented, abandoned youth to obtain visas. It's clear from the article that ICE is *miserable* here. They're freezing their asses off and being harassed everywhere they go. Property managers aren't allowing them access to rental properties and people know their rights and aren't letting them in.
