Since it's a somewhat newer feature, in case some people didn't know- if you have an account, you can both mute and block people on ao3, and muting will stop you from seeing anything they posted, while blocking means they can't interact with your stuff! This is the specific differences.

You can mute up to 2,000 users. Muting a user:

completely hides their works, series, bookmarks, and comments from you; there will be no empty space, placeholder text, or other indication something has been removed

Muting a user will not:

prevent you from receiving comment or subscription emails from this user
hide their works, series, bookmarks, and comments from anyone else

I will always defend the usage of accessibility for art, cause I love art and as an autistic person, I've spent my whole life feeling so ashamed of struggling to learn some things the "right way"....
Art is for everyone. Art made me feel safe and happy since I was an undiagnosed and confused kid.

summary: Blitzø raked his claws back up, mussing up the feathers on his way and smoothing them over once more as he grabbed at the owls’ hips again, squeezing the tender meat he found there. Stolas let out a soft sound, a small hum in the back of his throat as Blitzø massaged the new plumpness on his body. The stress of the move, in combination with the contentment they had found together, had resulted in both of them putting on a little softness around the edges.

Blitzø wouldn’t complain, where he used to meet hard bones, now he found a pleasant amount of chub. Every part of Stolas had become a good handful, and he proved it to himself as his hand drifted further down, finding the curve of the bird’s ass and gripping it in greedy claws. Stolas stirred under the imp’s grasp, but all four of his eyes stayed closed — Blitzø watched carefully through his own half-lidded gaze, focused on the owl’s relaxed expression, on his fluffy cheeks flushing ever so slightly from the imp’s actions.

Light streamed through the large windows, casting warmth and shadows over sleeping bodies. Soft snuffling and hooting snores filled the quiet morning as Blitzø slowly stirred to consciousness, mind still heavy and hazy with sleep, unable to hold onto a thought for longer than two seconds before the next floated in, then back out.

He drifted between reality and dreams as claws tightened around the body next to him, sinking into feathers, finding purchase against plush hips and eliciting soft hums from the still sleeping owl. Those sounds felt as warm to his ears as the body beneath his hands. Spurred on by the simple desire of wanting to hear more, Blitzø let his hands follow the lines of the owl’s body, skating over soft, freshly preened feathers. Absently, he remembered helping preen them last night, carefully carding through the shafts with oils and claws and, at particularly tough patches, teeth. They were still so silky and smooth, not roughed up from Stolas’ usual tossing and turning. He had slept soundly last night, barely moving in Blitzø’s arms.
