Had to drive out to the boat on the hard to grab something. For sure wishing for Spring/repairs to be done. Maybe another year it'll be kept in the water through winter, and I'll brave a gusty day when it's otherwise 30F out.

HMDA non-compliance is actually relatively interesting, something like 25% of FDIC insured institutions don't have a branch location in a MSA, and 6% of institutions fall below the asset size floor. Any idea how to back out who doesn't meet origination limits among remaining institutions?
