The problem is that when you threaten tariffs over everything - seizing Greenland, coercing EU regulators over social media & changing balance of trade - you don’t really give your targets much incentive to comply with any one.

The problem is that when you threaten tariffs over everything - seizing Greenland, coercing EU regulators over social media & changing balance of trade - you don’t really give your targets much incentive to comply with any one.
