The person charged with enforcing the laws is an open lawbreaker, assisted by a team of open lawbreakers, backed by a Congressional majority indifferent to lawbreaking, supported by a Supreme Court that privileges them to break the law.

It has no legitimacy whatsoever.
The person charged with enforcing the laws is himself a law breaker. In such a state, do laws even have any legitimacy?

It’s amazing how no one, even his critics, seems to remember that Trump was President during COVID when the economy fell off a cliff. That wasn’t entirely his fault, but he wasn’t exactly up to the challenge either.
Trump’s strengths are especially betraying him when it comes to "affordability," a crisis that rules average Americans’ lives but makes no sense to a guy who has been a millionaire thanks to tax fraud since the age of eight.

I recall that over a decade ago, @barackobama.bsky.social put out a vaguely favorable statement regarding net neutrality, and the Ajit Pai/Brendan Carr folks in the FCC absolutely lost their minds, screaming "WE'RE AN INDEPENDENT AGENCY, HOW DARE HE TRY TO INFLUENCE US."
And guess what?

The FCC immediately changed the website to state that the agency is not independent right after Carr's comments!
