Under the new law, apartments will be considered uninhabitable if they do not come with a working refrigerator and stove.

Got my first ICE call from a friend being detained this morning. They are Asian, here legally but they were detained for hours anyway and then forced to pay $600 before they were let go. Corruption from top to bottom.
