So the last few months I’ve been trying almond croissants from all over #Montreal. Duc de Lorraine wins. It’s *extremely* rich (and the price reflects that) but if you want “the best”, it’s this one.
Also if someone wants to know how to quickly gain 15lbs, I have the answer 😬

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:
"This is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it".

Came across cauliflower french fries at the health food store so naturally had to try this out…
Wasn’t too bad. The texture is a bit chalky but still very good. I’d halve the portion since I quickly felt full (and a bit tired of the fries).
6/10 - my smoked meat version is better :)

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
