Oliver Wendell Holmes informs me by Ouija it’s very difficult to justify self defense when the officer discharges his firearm into a gentleman already disarmed by another officer visibly holding the gentleman’s seized weapon prior to the gunshot (especially when it’s on fucking video).

Immigration "administrative law judges" are not judges. They are DOJ employees reporting to the Attorney General
