I work in a hospital. In my workplace, I want diversity. I want inclusiveness. I want equal pay based on skills, not gender/color. Racial disparity in healthcare is REAL. Trans people, gays/lesbians/queers also experience disparities. The more diverse the staff is, the more comfortable the patient.
