If you've got Prime Video, you can watch FROM during the month of October without having to subscribe to the MGM+ add-on. I directed episodes 7 and 8 of Season 1, and they're really good, for which I take only the credit I am due because everyone who works on the show is exceptional at what they do.

Hades 1 was a roguelite primarily aimed at people who had no previous (or little) experience with roguelites. Hades 2 assumes you're a sicko or at least learned how to swim with the original.

Hades 2 is the rare direct sequel that is *less* streamlined. Follow-ups by the same teams typically rethink systems and mechanics so they're more digestible to offset the bigger size, yet Supergiant went "lol no, here are more variables and things to keep track of." I respect that.
