My go-to roast chicken recipe is from Melissa Clark cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1017.... After using the meat for other recipes & sandwiches, I boil the carcass for broth.

425° roasted savoy cabbage with olive oil, salt, pepper, black pepper and brown sugar. My favorite part are the little crispy leaves. 🍽️🍜

I’m not eating this today but I wish that I was. Sea bass with some shrimp and maybe clam type cream sauce from Tandem on CH. I really wish I was eating to today.

the smosh potato is less of a recipe and more of a technique for getting a potato with a creamy center and cronchy edges
there are many ways to make these such as boiling and pan frying or roasting and deep frying but here is one that uses just one cookie sheet and a ziploc bag for minimal cleanup
