Honestly, not being able to workout with ME/CFS is awful. Workout, you crash, don't workout, you feel like shit, it is truly a rock and a hard place to be. I feel privileged to be able to go back to the gym again and I'm glad you've been making it to climbing! It's one of the best feelings

She's such a big scaredy cat. She hid 90% of the time with the cat sitter over Xmas bless her 😭 reasons we knew we had to take her with us in the big move, she doesn't trust people easily at all and shes v bonded with us now 🥹 she also gives EPIC biscuits, all limbs involved 😂
