In general, I find Blippi to be pretty harmless and he has some good songs (although I suspect all the ones I like are actually Nicky Notes songs), but the thing I find unforgivable is that my son has started to dance like him 😐

The state of the world is so bleak, bout time I bring another life into it 🫠 On the plus side, flu is also surging so can’t wait to be in a hospital setting with a newborn!!!

Seems the little fella learned what mine means. I have now gone through so many water bottles this week because they all become his and I refuse to share anymore because I keep getting sick.

Little guy fell asleep on me like he used to when he was a teeny tiny baby and I stared at his little sleeping face like I did for so many hours before in that chair and it made me very sad 😭

As someone who spends a lot time thinking about the values I want to teach my kid (besides PLEASE DON’T EAT DIRT), the thing I keep coming back to is this: I want him to believe that the strongest, bravest thing he can do is give a shit about other people—especially ones who aren’t like him at all.
