I hope it’s also with a knife and fork - otherwise I’m stumped!

I don’t mean to alarm anyone, but I’ve seen so many French people eat their burgers with a knife and fork??

Jays fandom was absolutely involved.

But I definitely became more of a fanatic once we started dating and actually got way more involved in the social media aspect of that as a result.

Nope - just old school dating apps (OK Cupid)!

Councillor Burnside, a former cop, says when he used to do traffic enforcement on Avenue Road he wouldn't stop drivers unless they were doing 75 km/h or over.

"Maybe that was a little high," he admits. "A little high," agrees Gray.

Today is a day when arts degrees are worthless, but the product of those degrees is so valuable it would kill an entire industry if they were made to pay for it.

I can’t stop thinking about this.

Here’s what it sounds like:

I've found the song here (doot-doots start around 10 seconds) if you'd like to hear the instrument that made me chuckle uncontrollably in a Belgian museum

I never actually saw HOW it was used, but heard the sound it made and it was nothing like I’ve ever heard in my life lol

We also went to the Delirium Cafe and it absolutely holds up from when I was last here 15 years ago. Some places are iconic for a reason.
The basement level of Delirium Cafe - the ceiling is covered in bar trays Matt and me in front of a wall of beer bottles.

We are accidentally wearing matching denim button down shirts Old beer ads on the walls of Delirium Cafe A Delirium sign in the basement of the cafe

That seems to be how it works. It sounds like a mix between a fart and blowing into a jug and sneakers on a basketball court

The Musical Instrument Museum
Is so good - the audio guide plays examples of almost every instrument in the collection.

This is called a Fanfrnoch and I’ve never laughed harder in a museum than when I heard what this sounded like. 12/10
A Fanfrnoch, which is a type of “friction percussion” instrument

Went to the Museum of Musical Instruments and the Magritte Museum

Brussels is very cool and pretty
Rainy streets and a church at dusk The Belgian Arc de Triomphe - I think it’s better than the French one, tbh Old beer glasses and ads in the Belgian Beer World Experience View of the square from the Beer World window

This was after we did the Belgian Beer World Experience - which is very much like the Guiness Tour in Dublin where the “museum” is secondary and the point is to get a beer and a good view at the end.

I love the Jays this year so much because the key to the magic of this team actually appears to be friendship

It is soooooo funny that we always come back to “Okay but can they win under the big bright lights of New York????” I personally am not worried that a team entirely comprised of Yankee Haters is going to be intimidated by the big scawy fans in the Bronx, no.

The Yankees let a team who they believe to be unequivocally inferior humiliate them on back to back nights. I am not personally concerned that they’re going to come out of a game where we plated a baker’s dozen runs feeling “too good” about themselves.
