I think the consensus views on this are in strongest agreement between folks who are highly educated and all in very progressive, very fluent environments. I think some of the social norms around how to communicate this stuff are less resonant outside of that small cohort. And may be less effective.

People have been asking NYC & @nyc-dot.bsky.social for years to expand #SummerStreets and they finally delivered!

I took a @citibikenyc.bsky.social from Fort Greene, Brooklyn to Inwood, Manhattan in 1h12m. It was amazing. My first time riding through the Park Ave Tunnel, too. Such a good ride.
