Just because someone has a gorgeous heart & gentle nature doesn't mean they're naive or fragile. You don't know the kind of chaos someone had to endure to become that calm. Dont confuse kindness for weakness...those ppl have survived the hardest battles— they're smart & strong af

People pleasing is a learned response from childhood that protected you from being unloved. It usually comes from an environment with emotionally immature parents.
If mom is happy = I am safe = I have to make mom happy.
However this is not helpful once you’re grown and hinders you instead ❤️🩹
